INSTALMENT PLAN spread the cost of a ticket through multiple instalments.
How it works:
Customers will see the first instalment as a purchase option for your event.
Once purchased, customer will receive payment instructions for the following instalment via email, which can only be accessed via that same user account.
Automated email reminders will be sent out to ticket buyers 6 days, 4 days and 48 hours before the deadline to ensure they complete their purchase.
Only once all instalments are paid will the customer receive their barcode for entry to the event.

District X takes place on Palmerstown House, Estate, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 FK10, 20 minutes from Dublin.
BY CAR
We have a car park available at DX Festival. A booking link will be provided closer to the event.
BY BUS
We recommend taking public transport to the festival. Buses, coaches, and minibuses will be given priority during departure. Booking links will be shared closer to the event, and we’ll notify you by email.
BY TAXI
For those arriving by taxi, please ensure your return journey is arranged in advance. Taxis will be in high demand, and availability will be limited. Do not rely on taxi apps for your ride home—plan ahead. Please pay attention to our story for the exact EirCode to plan your drop-off location.

Banned from Event – Smoke and gas canisters, aerosols over 250ml, airhorns, fireworks, flares, glass, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’ – this includes Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons, unidentified substances, new psychoactive substances (NPS), illegal items, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, blowtorches, sky lanterns, petrol burners, sound systems, spray cans, tabards/high viz jackets, animals (except guide/hearing dogs), unauthorised vehicles, generators (except for those fitted in campervans).
No Drinks allowed from outside the festival
If you need to bring specific medication due to a pre-existing medical condition, please bring supporting medical evidence.

No food allowed from outside festival
Only photographic equipment for personal and non-commercial use is permitted. We may confiscate and/or destroy any unauthorised recordings or professional recording equipment.
The use of drones (including toy drones) or similar is prohibited on or near the Event without Our written permission.
Items not allowed on site include speakers, drones and water bottles that are not plastic and under 1 litre. Items that are surrendered or confiscated will not be returned. Anyone resisting the surrender of banned items will face eviction.
Under 18’s are not permitted on site. A Challenge 21 Policy will be in place for all alcohol sales on site. It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase on behalf of under 18s.

Welfare Statement:
All visitors to DX will be searched upon entry. Refusal will result in the denial of entry to the site.
Consumption, trade or possession of drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone possessing illegal substances will be refused admission or rejected from the venue. Anyone found offering drugs will be banned for life and may be reported to the Guards and/or be liable for prosecution.
DX reserves the right to deny entry to anyone, whether in possession of a presale ticket or not, at all times. Reasons for denied entry may include—but are not limited to—a visible state of intoxication, a disrespectful and/or violent attitude towards any of our staff, or inappropriate attire
LOOK AFTER YOURSELF & EACH OTHER
Please make sure to look after yourself and each other. If you see someone who seems to be having a bad time, please check in on them. Everyone’s mental health status is unique to them. If you’re feeling a bit low, please don’t hesitate to contact a member of staff or our on-site medic.
MEDICS ARE YOUR MATES
If you or a friend aren’t feeling well, please seek medical help immediately. Medics are completely free of judgment, and you will NEVER get in trouble for seeking help. Always be honest with medics so they can help you. We have a medical room situated on the ground floor. Any of our staff or security can direct you there. This is a safe space where you can be completely honest with our medical team, we are here to help.

FAKE TICKETS
This is an ongoing issue in the club/festivals and the event industry. We strongly recommend
buying tickets only from our website or official social media links. DX are not responsible for fake tickets. A fake ticket will result in no entry.We look forward to seeing you at District X.
